The following pictures were submitted by Joseph Paul Nunes, son of Pvt. (on Dec. 7, 1941) Joseph "Joe" Nunes (no middle name). Pvt. Nunes was a member of the 11th Bombardment Group (H), 42nd Bomb Squadron. He was a Flight Engineer and Gunner and flew many missions on B-17 41-2403.
